Nice thread. You guys have some impressive garages. We've been in the house now a few months so there are still lots of things to buy but I've got a decent start. Since I was messing around in the garage last night I thought I'd take some pics myself.

I have five acres so I have have three pole barns that house different things, the house has an attached two car garage that has the daily drivers. A 20x20 barn has all the lawn and garden equipment, the 20x30 barn has a utility trailer and a tandem axle flat bed trailer, plus misc. items stored in there. The building that has my Camaro in it started life as a 24x24 pole barn, when I had that built it was for my two non-f body cars only. A few years later I had another 24x40 added to it. It's divided ( with walls ) into three sections, two parts for my non-f body cars, one part for my enclosed motor cycle trailer and tools, one part for the Camaro and the last part has my compact tractor w/ front end loader/ backhoe. These picture show the trailer area ( removed trailer for pictures and the Camaro area. It's not as nice as some but it's served me well over the years.

Al

nope.... the fender has a small crack in it. (Fender from my SS, had transport damage when I picked it up). Rear filler panel may be filled in and go on my car.

got some pics of my shop at school. its not bad, the teacher worked for gm for 15 years and he knows the most about a wide range of cars then any other person i have ever met. like i know people here would know more about ls1's and f-bodies then he would, but he just knows so much about so many cars...it boggles the mind. oh yeah, he also has a 9 second n/a nova. an original 442 vert. and some other toys.

Here are a quick few that I just went outside and snapped.

The garage is still cluttered because we're still not done with it, but it'll look a lot cleaner once we get the last cabinets in.

All the basic tools, air tools, MIG welder, Eagle drive on lift, and the usual stuff.

Like I said sorry for the crappy pictures, its night and its really still cluttered in there

Default cribs

Here is my work in progress, I have since finished the exterior. Still have to insulate and sheet the inside. I built the 24 X 42 last year and now adding the 14 X 36 for the lift (16 ft tall) and tool room all on a very strict budget. I do all the work myself and got the lift used from a dealership. One pic shows the first car I lifted. It's one of my frankenstine vehicles. My gfriend's uncle owns a wrecking yard and we go and find a vehicle with a good title then piece it together from other vehicles. (Free daily driver)

My personal garage:

40x60x~18, plus a two car carport between the house and garage.

Two stories high, for a total of 4800 sq/ft

Garage fits 8 cars, without any problems. It would be a challenge to clang doors against eachother. 4 inside and one outside 220 Volt hookups, 4 post 6,000 lb lift w/ dollies for moving cars around on the lift. MIG welder, plasma cutter, stainless roller bearing tool chest, 60 gallon air compressor w/ hard lines and a pull down. All drywalled. TV/DVD/VCR combo and a speaker setup from the upstairs stero system, w/ independent volume control for the speakers. The floors will be half rubber tiling w/ some sort of black/white/red checkering, but haven't designed that yet.

Upstairs: 2 more TVs upstairs and a Dolby 6.1 speaker setup. Pool table, ping pong, and air hockey. Toilet and sink. Refridge and microwave, plus cabinets and counter top. Also have a seperate workout room. Half of the upstairs has been divided into a indoor soccer arena, with rounded corners, and "field turf" installed.

I'll edit the post w/ some pics when I get them off the camera.
