My torque wrench is longer than my breaker bar. May I use my torque wrench as a breaker bar without damaging it? The wrench will be set to zero.

You can cause permanent damage to a torque wrench if used improperly. Then you might have to send it off to be recalibrated again. Pain in the *** (i've done this for work a few times).
Spare yourself the grief and go buy a real breaker bar, they aren't too pricey.

Go to the Lowes or Home Depot and buy a piece of pipe to slip over the end of your breaker bar. Jack handles work sometimes to, that's what I used with my breaker bar to install my crank pulley bolt. ![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)
