What is this?

Its on a car im looking at looks like bondo waves or something but I dunno is this the torque creases or what.. can PDR fix this?

Don't expect a P.O.S. Chevrolet to be any straighter than that. That car looks like a Mercedes compared to mine. Camaros are only useful for one thing....going fast. Everything else about them is crap.

Any chance he tried to roll the fender lip with a baseball bat on the tire? I could see that setting the quarter out a bit if they got medieval with it.
