i think we should have a contest everyweek where the admin or moderator pics a picture and we all see who can photoshop the best and see who has the most creative skills and we will have a vote every friday till sunday and there will be the top 3 winners with most votes will be selected and get an award under their avatar like Sig of the week #13 SOTW #13 or something

This section is regularly reviewed. You can't assume that nobody looks at it just because your suggestions are not immediately implemented. Remember, you are posting a suggestion, not a demand.

well then why are alot of the suggestions ignored are they not good enough?
theres no feedback why or anything just left alone to wander the forum

Our silence can generally be interpreted as "not good enough".

This idea would take a moderator/admin that was dedicated to the idea and really wanted to see it succeed, and I just don't see that happening for something as superficial as this. And weekly? Forget about it...that's way too much time invested in something that has no real value. We already have a picture of the month contest, so why not put your talents towards that?
