Hi,

I am unable to submit feedback in trader rating after a transaction, I tried several times and double checked everything and when I hit submit it says that there is a error in my details, the buyer was able to submit feedback for me.

Can anyone help?

I get the same error when I try to leave feedback using my phone. I have to do it on a desktop for it to work.

 

If you supply a deal URL, it must be valid. Most likely it's that you're not entering in information in the "Additional comments:" section.

 

Ive tried on my phone and on my PC and no dice

Even though its optional I have tried putting the URL in the box and it still doesnt work.

But did you enter in something for the "Additional Information" box as I suggested?

Post a screen capture of the form filled out before trying to submit.

 

I've filled out every field when trying to leave feedback on my phone and it never works. I always get an error.
The only way it does work for me is on my desktop but sounds like that didn't even work for the OP.

 

They are probably two different issues here. I have helped many people with this issue and it's common for the "Additional Information" field to be the field omitted to cause the error.

Your issue is different. Are you using the mobile theme on your phone or the full theme?

 

i always use full theme.

 

Got it to work, apparently you HAVE to put additional comments in order for it to work even though it says "optional"
