Default Keep getting forwarded to spam/ad sites?

For the last two days whenever I'm on LS1 tech forum, randomly ill get forwarded to spam websites or advertising websites.

Anybody else suffering?

i can be just sitting here doing nothing, and then it'll reload the page to something else. Also its doing it when i click certain forum links like " Gen iii internal engine" etc.

Yes, Same here!It doesn’t happen on any other site with my phone but ls1tech. Didn’t notice it on the laptop. Will try to clean up cookies , history etc to make sure it’s not just bad stuff on my phone.

Been real bad the last couple days for me. Every time I click a picture or read an add longer then 30 sec. I get some BS amazon gift card winner or some spinning wheel of fortune. It’s not every add. I don’t seem to have this issue on my lap top just my I phone.

I use google chrome on my laptop with adblock.
On my phone I use an app called Adblock.

It fixed the issue.

It’s been out of control for months now. Are the admins going to de spam this site or just let it die? It’s every thread that redirects to spam every time.

If I could just hit the back button, it’d be no sweat. But it makes me back all the way out of the page. So if I find a useful piece of info I have to screen shot it before it disappears to “amazon rewards”

This doesn't seem to be an issue for everyone. I'm not seeing any of this myself.

We've asked IB for help with this in the past and they try to remove any rogue ads as they were reported. But, for whatever reason, it seems that only certain people are affected. If you're seeing this on every link and every page then it's probably not a rouge ad so much as an issue that's specific to your browser or device.

It's definitely an issue on the iphone using the safari browser. You have to install Adblock app in order to correct the issue. On google chrome browser on a laptop, the ads don't redirect like they do on iphone but as soon as you install chrome ad block you can see 14 ads on average are blocked on this website.

Chrome and Android definitely is an issue. It seems to be specific to phones as laptops dont have this issue.
