Slight problem with the database Every out of every 5 things I click on at least twice it flashes that screen we are having slight problems with our database please hit refresh been like this for more than a week whats going on??????????

Sorry guys, every time I make a config change and stop/start the server, a bunch of people unfortunately get that message...
Still performance tuning the new server group to handle 1000+ users as fast as possible

Wow i can't wait for the new server to be faster!!!!!! i used to hang out on ls1gto but started hanging out here instead for all the knowlagable people. Thanks Brains for the great site!!!!!!
Is it just my computer or is everyone having to click everything twice for it to load? If I click anything once, it will just sit there, but if I press it again, it will go with not problem.

I'm clicking and the thread appears nearly instantaneously tonight, minus a hiccup every now and then (which after the current rash of tweaks is due to sorting threads at the same time several posts are being made - temporary lock contention). I'm talking it takes less than .2 seconds from click to displayed thread.

I've been having this trouble for a while now, at least a month. It takes forever for pages to load half the time. Half the time I make a post it goes to a blank screen and doesnt post. I've gotten to the point of copying before I hit the submit message button it happens so often cause I got tired of typing things 2 or 3 times. It's not my computer or connection either because this is the only site I have trouble with.
