Default Answer to the 65,535 PMs Mystery!!

Okay, happened to me on a local board, and one of my friends that pretty heavily into computers and all explained it to me so I thought I'd share what he had to say since there is a sticky and everything about it on here.

I'm black_bird, and he's huafist.

And like he said, within a day or 2 they disappeared. Weird.

I know about the sticky, I meant for people that have had the problem and want to know why it happened. It says in the sticky that they dont know what causes it, thats why I posted this.

I'll add your reason behind the number to the sticky thread. I've always wondered WTF that number came from also.

Thanks

There was a thread mentioning what the value meant earlier. Didn't include it in the sticky as its not relavent to fixing it. However, its good to have it in there in case people are curious.
