How Do You Post Pics So the Show Up In the Thread? I already got them hosted, I just need to know how to get the pics to show up automatcally. Is it something with arrows like <<pic.***>>?
Those are the correct tags. Make sure the url is correct and there are no spaces between it and the IMG tags. If you're still having trouble just post the url to the image and I'll help you out.

I'm assuming what you're doing wrong is posting the url to the page where the image is shown. Right click on the image on that page and choose properties. There it will show you the correct url to use when posting a picture.
Do it correctly and you get:
