Obviously this is a scam, don't know how often these queers do this on this site, never got a PM like this before here and I didn't see any better place to put this and the admin is offline. Hopefully you can ban this guy asap and warn others.

Not suprising, did anyone see that documentary a while back, I believe it was 60 min.? it had a few of these scammers caught on tape. very funny to watch them crawfish....
I work in West Africa, and that's where most of these scams originate. It's a way of life over there, Something for nothing. You know, every time i go through customs, the customs agents over there all have the same greeting, "What do you have for me??" I'm not joking. When we go through roadblocks on the highway over there, they aren't looking for criminals, they are looking for cash.
Like I said..... Not suprising at all.

We get similar scams on our work email...
I screw with them. My favorites are the ones that have nice cars for sale (that they inherited) for a small fee and shipping to take it from Italy, Ivory Coast, etc
I ask them all kinds of silly questions, like "does it have a poo detector?"
I laugh when I get the response back in broken English that is does have a poo detector, the windshield is removable, and that it also has "racing air" in the tires.
