Default FS: 2002 Z06 Electron Blue $17,500

This car needs a driver.

Electron Blue with 21K miles. Its a salvage title but was put back together correctly as the intention was to compete in club events. I originally bought this car for TT and DE events, but it only saw one and then my life took a different direction. I keep telling myself that I'm going to get back into driving events, but its been almost 3 years and someone should enjoy this machine.

Its been in my gargage for the past 3 years. I drive it once a month just to make sure everything is working. Registered in CA.

I'll try to post some PICs or can email those interested.
It looks just like a stock 2002 Z06....even the stock wheels and tires.

Mods inlcude:
1. Vararam CAI
2. Wilwood brake pads (not the J pads but 1 step below, they work almost as well as J, less touchy and don't eat the rotors) Have extra new calipers too.
3. Tune by A&A Corvette in Oxnard (386 to wheels, have dyno sheet)
4. Rear Spring Lowering bolts and VBP 500 lb spring in front with adjustable ride height.
5. $1000 Textralia clutch from A&A covette.....driven home 200 miles and parked.
6. The transmission was rebuilt as well when I was planning to track it. Carbon Sync rings, bronze fork pads, billet dogs ..... bla bla bla...bullet proof.
7. Has Sparco EVO XL seats, but I have the stock ones as well.
8. No Airbags

Everything works.....stereo, HUD,
Exhaust is stock.......

Let me know if you have any questions......I think thats a great price.

It was hit or hit something in the right front....I don't have pictures.
Because it was destined for the track, it was rebuilt right....frame is straight, brakes straight, no vibrations. I'm particular with mechanicals when my life is at stake.

On the one day I had it out, it performed better than the other Z06s. That front spring and the brakes make a lot of difference. I think it did 140 in 4th down the front straight at Willow Springs.

Its a tight car, it needs nothing.....other than a driver.

Its already registered and street legal in CA, has been for several years.....I don't know what other states do but CA laws and inspection standards are pretty tight. Mine are even tighter when I expect to spin 150mph. I don't like equipment failures at that speed.

I try to drive it on the road once a month to keep everything moving and lubricated.

Here are some additional pictures at its current height and seats.

Yes....I had the original seats, which were recovered new.
But the car has been sold......

You see the condition of those EVOs, less than 2 hours of seat time. The entire car was in the that condition. I hated to let it go for such a non-sense price, but whatever huh?

I offered it to enthusiasts first on these sites Z06vette, ls1tech, and covette forum becasue that is where it should have gone, but no takers......a doctor bought it. Now it will probably sit in his garage for a few years.

Yeah, I like that look too. I raised it up about 1.5 inches so the guy who bought it could use it as a driver.
