Its an 01 SS. Red.
The engine and tranny was pulled out of an 02 Trans am due to the previous owner hydrolocking the engine with some crazy *** air intake. (Has been removed)
The engine has 58k miles on it.
The body has about 150k on it.
The car is pretty straight, The only modifications i know it has pacesetter coated long tubes, off road y pipe, and an unknown catback. Sounds pretty good. It has a set of Racing seats that the previous guy said he paid a pretty penny for....I really dont care for them and am in the process of trying to get back the stock seats. The rest of the interior is cloth and in good shape. It is a hard top car and the headliner is perfect. It has a really nice Alpine head unit. I believe the car has 3.73's from what I'm told. A local here has tuned it and i know the car went 10.59 in the 1000ft on street tires.
The car has a little body damage on the right rear. Looks like it had a dent in the rear quarter previously and someone tried correcting it. It has like a ripple in the rear quarter. Something someone should easily be able to fix. I'm not a body man so I'm not even going to attempt. The car isnt perfect, but its really nice for the mileage.
Its currently getting new Brakes, Plugs, Tranny fluid, oil, and rear diff fluid. I work at a local firestone and have checked it over. The suspension is all tight and is good.
It does not have the 10 spoke wheels on it now. I sold them, i ordered a set of 06 oem z06 wheels that I might or might not put on the car. I dont have many pictures at the moment but will take some as soon as I bring her back home from shop. Please feel free to email/text me with questions or pics.
