1998 Pontiac Trans Am NBM M6 - $9900
Year: 1998
Make: Pontiac
Model: Trans Am
Price: $9900
Mileage: 63000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): VA
Color: Blue
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine
The car has approx 63k miles, but I do drive it as much as possible. The interior is all stock with the addition of a manual fan switch that's hidden in the ash tray. It's has a LS1 5.7 L motor with a T56 transmission so it still gets great mpg on the highway while cruising with the T-Tops off .
The car is absolutely beautiful and runs phenomenally well.
There have been some modifications to allow the car to handle extremely well in addition to some other small items that improve the performance and driveability.
Induction/Exhaust - Tweaked Intake Shroud, K&N Filter, SLP Lid, P&P MAF, Smooth Bellow, TB Bumpstop, LS6 Intake, AIR!, EGR!, LM1 Catback
Suspension - Sam Strano Performance Springs, SLP Bilstein Shocks, BMR Strut Tower Brace, UMI 35mm Solid Front Sway Bar, UMI Poly/Rod Single Adjustable Panhard Bar, UMI Poly/Rod Single Adjustable Lower Control Arms
Wheels/Tires - 17x9.5 C4 Grand Sports Graphite Metallic with brushed lip, 285/40-17 Kuhmo Ecsta XS
Others - CAGS!, Pro 5.0 shifter, WS6 short stick, Manual Fan Switch, 100% Royal Purple Fluids, Wire!, Hood Latch!, TCS!, FuseBox!, Washer!
Issues - Passenger Headlight Nylon Gear, Passenger Window Motor very slow (I have the motor that goes with sale), TCS & SES lights on (need to get tuned out whenever doing next tune, if you're not familiar why, just ask and I'll explain)
I really don't want to sell this car, I'm only listing it along with my 2004 Dodge Dakota QC 4.7L V8 4x4 on CL to try and sell some assets so I can buy a house in the near future. At this time, if the truck sells before this TA, then I'll probably just keep the TA...same vice-versa...however I would really like to keep the TA..haha.
The car is meticulously cared for and is shown every Friday at Chic-fil-a cruise-in in Dulles Town Centre and a couple times at BK in Mannassas. The car received a Top 10 Firebird Trohpy at the All Camaro/Firebird Car Show in Martinsburg, WV early this year. There were 56 there.
If you'd like to see the car, please email me by replying to this post or call me at 540.327.2454.
Thanks,
Ken
