The Bad:
Miles are a little high for the year. I bought the car with 91k though, the previous owner had put about 30k on her in the previous year but the car was bone stock when I bought it.
There is what I would describe as a crack in the leather on the side of the driver's seat. Its been there when I got the car and have never got around to fixing it
Its black, so all the scratches show up and there are some swirls in the hood. It would need to be repainted to be a true show car. I'd say since its black the paint is about a 7/10, it would be higher on a silver or red car.
Two door dings, one on either side of the rear quarters
The rear tires (Nitto 555Rs) will probably need replaced sometime next summer (Have some cuts from the fender and were bought used)
The speakers need to be replaced for optimal sound. They still work and are good for songs without a lot bass, but you guys know how monsoon speakers are
It also needs two new O2 sensors, which cause the SES light to go on and off at random times, but I can replace those before the car is sold.
Old Engine pic, has had headers since spring 2009
If you have any questions or would like additional pics, just pm me. Thanks!

Took some interior/engine pics today while (after wash, pre wax) I was detailing it...
Crack in the leather, not really noticeable when standing up:
Next two are trying to show the dent on the driver's side quarter:
