The only reason you (the OP) have not had an offer from me is due to the color (I want BRR).
This is a great deal and clean slate for someone to start a fresh LS1 F-body build. I don't know what more anyone could want -- it's clean, low mileage, tastefully modified, and priced to sell.
FWIW, according to the Camaro White Book, there were only 1,834 MMM Camaros made in 2002 -- compared to the 10,329 BRR Camaros made!

Maybe in a better location besides your neighborhood?
Have you thrown it on autotrader or cars.com? While this site is great for ls-specific stuff, there aren't a lot of people with the money to throw at these cars right now. Perhaps you just need more of a diversification of exposure because the car is great and priced right.
