Those are snow banks left over from the Minnesota winter. Pictures where taken in the middle of this month. (last Minneapolis snow fall was FEB 29)
In Minnesota, you dont have the choice to drive these cars in the winter. They dont work well!
Not to mention it is unlikely for a person to own a car that averages 4500 miles a year and is forced to drive it in the winter. Up here you have a second for year round use! Duramax Diesel for me
