Love the car but the Question most prob want to know...

Whats up with the "bill of sale only"? Can someone get a bonded title or maybe a abandoned title? Whats the story on the car as to why there is no title? I bet if you answer those and if it's something that doesnt seem "shady" you will probably sell it. I'm not implying anything, just asking. I know I am interested, but I'm not going to spend that money on something I could lose if there is an issue.

I have a title and I'm working on getting the issues resolved. There is nothing shady with the car, I have owned it for the last 4yrs and was a street car for two of those years.
