Exactly what I was thinking. I would possibly even be willing to reimburse them for their ticket if it didn't live up to my description.

Come on guys, I can add as many photos as you would like. Currently uploading a start up video showing the valve train noise now.

If it helps at all... I put seafoam in my vacuum line on my 02 ws6 and it totally took care of a lifter noise I was having.
