-Exterior is an 8/10 (I'm a tough critic. No paint fading or anything, just a small ding or two. For a 12 year old car it looks great.
-Interior is damn near immaculate! Has slight slight wear on the driver's seat bolster. Other than that it's great. No cracks, fading or rips on the dash and seats.
The only bads:
- the power steering pump has a slight wine, but is not leaking and still works fine.
-One of the rear tires is mismatched.
Other than that, the car runs and drives great.
No joy rides and no test drives without cash in hand.

Asking price is fair as I'm concerned, but on here it seems vehicles go cheap. My 99 with 81k is listed at 5500 right now,
