Time for me to get something else, I've had the car since 08 and have the title which is clean. car is a 97 with 386xx miles on the chassis, and 600 miles on the build. tuning is finished and makes super strong numbers which can be disclosed to any serious buyers. Drives great and I actually drove it 5 hours to get it tuned if that's any indication of how easy it is to drive even with the big cams. IF anyone is interested in buying outright I am looking to get 25k for the car as I have 40k in parts alone in the build. So my price is based upon KBB value for the car and 25cents on the dollar for mods. I do have some stock emissions stuff, stock valve covers, an 03/04 iron .020 bored block, and even a custom california car cover to go with the car if the next owner is interested. 4.6/5.0 mod motors were produced in 3 different locations- italy (teksid aluminum block only), and the windsor and romeo ford plants. the difference is the main cap strength system. romeo main caps are 2 bolt with jack screws and side bolts (weaksauce and promote cap walk, or flux if you call it that insteak), the windsor blocks have 2 bolt mains as well, but have huge dowels that locate the sides, as well as side bolts.
