4.6/5.0 mod motors were produced in 3 different locations- italy (teksid aluminum block only), and the windsor and romeo ford plants. the difference is the main cap strength system. romeo main caps are 2 bolt with jack screws and side bolts (weaksauce and promote cap walk, or flux if you call it that insteak), the windsor blocks have 2 bolt mains as well, but have huge dowels that locate the sides, as well as side bolts.
