F.S.: 1998 M6 Z28 Cayenne Red Metallic
Well, it is with much regret and sadness that I must do this, but with an impending wedding, eventually a house, and eventually little Susies’s/CMNT’s on the way soon, I must divest of some of my toys. The Harley has to go, so I’ll resurrect that thread too. But sadly after a go through of our financial picture, so must the Camaro. The sale of it will get me more money sooner to pay off in aggregate “other” bills than simply waiting until I became right side up on the GTO and tried to sell it.
So here it goes;
1998 Cayenne Red Metallic Z28, M6 and T-Tops. Out of 50,000 Camaro’s in 1998, only 1,944 were in this color. It’s either 2nd or 3rd rarest color that year.
Hopefully those of you who know me will testify as to how **** retentive I am about this car. When others say “this car is mint” it really isn’t! This one IS! It’s seen rain twice in the 6 years I’ve owned it and NEVER seen snow. It sits in the garage under blankets, under cover, and is fully protected at all times. Car gets wiped down after each use, the interior is cherry, the floormats are wrapped in garbage bags, then wrapped in pillow cases to protect them and is generally vacuumed after each use too. The only thing it needs is a new rear end and I may be replacing that before I sell anyway.
I am open to offers within reason but I am going to ask $17,000 for it after analyzing prices of 1998 Camaro’s on the net with an average of 67,623 miles on them. I am willing to work on things, but remember, this car IS cherry and it has virtually no mileage on it!
I should also mention that I have a majority of the stock parts too. They are, but not limited too;
It may take me awhile to round all that up, but I’ve got them. I think the only stock parts I sold were two of the original 16” wheels. I kept the other two for drag radials.
