(fixed your images)

I feel your pain. My 79 Z28 is neglected right now... and I've lost motivation to work on it. After spending thousands of dollars on it, with much work to go... sigh. Bump for ya.

Where you at? Asking price? I'm looking for a cheap 78-81 camaro or bird. I bought a 5 speed 80 in running condition with light mods and a nicer body 5 or so years ago for $2500... I doubt you would take less than that, but I think it's probably worth $1500 as it sits.

4-Speed, just so used to saying 5 or 6 speed these days.

I don't doubt that the engine was expensive, but the fact the car isn't running would be offset greatly if the body looked better IMO.

$3000 is out of my price range for something I'll have to put some serious wrench time in. Good luck with your sale anyway.

body isnt bad, its just in primer. and on the wrenching thing, serious? its like an hour job to finish. get lifters, put them in with pushrods and rockers, intake manifold, carb valvecovers, drop dist in and go.

If that's the case, why don't you spend the hour to get it running? You'll get way more for the car.
