Well I have a 99 SS hard top. It's an M6 and has a very healthy list of mods. I wasn't looking to sell it but think it's kind of a waste to have it sit outside all winter unregistered. I have someone here from the board very interested in it, but if he falls through would like to have some other back up plans. The car is virtually immaculate. MassGuy, it really depends on who you know. Because the car was tuned it doesn't have a check engine light. When the Ma. inspection station hooks into the computer on the car it doesn't throw any codes so it does pass, you just need to have an inspection station that is willing to overlook the lack of cats.
