For Sale: 2002 Camaro Z28: GMMG exhaust, SLP headers, other bolt-ons... $16,500 OBO
(I'm also throwing in my DiabloSport Predator tuner with the deal)
What am I selling?
2002 Camaro Z28, Monterey Maroon Metallic, 6-speed manual
- T-tops
- Power everything
- Black leather
- Optional Traction Control (ASR)
- Monsoon stereo
- 12-disc CD changer
Always been garage kept & never abused. Meticulously washed/waxed on a regular basis.
Mileage: 20,053 miles
Car dyno'd 334rwhp/353rwtq in May 2005 at Texas-Speed and Performance.

Modifications include:
GMMG chambered exhaust
SLP long tube headers
Random Tech cats
SLP Y-Pipe
BMR sub-frame connectors (welded)
BMR strut tower bar
SLP air lid
K&N air filter
Taylor 8mm wires (red)
NGK iridium spark plugs
160 degree thermostat
SLP 85mm MAF
SLP Smooth air bellows
SS 10 spoke chrome wheels
Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 275/40-17 tires with 60-70% tread life remaining.
The racing stripes are painted on.
The car was in an accident on 9-Nov-05, and has since been fully restored to pre-accident condition by Scoggin-Dickey (also an LS1tech sponsor) of Lubbock, TX. Passenger fender, door, quarter panel and rocker panel were replaced. Struts and tierods were replaced. No structural or mechanical damage. I made a post about it a few months back. You can read a little bit about the accident here.
The passenger front wheel has a couple extremely fine, minor scratches on them that Scoggin-Dickey was not able to repair. People say to me they're hard to see, but us enthusiasts can still point them out. GM and SLP discontinued the 10 spoke SS wheels, so to make up for a few scratches in a wheel I decided to include the original 16" chrome "snowflake" wheels and tires free of charge. I was originally going to sell them seperately from the car on here, but I'm including them into the deal to make up for the minor scratches. I guess who ever buys the car could sell the 16's if they didn't want them.
Why am I selling?
I'm only selling this car because I can no longer afford to keep her, not because of the accident! I'm already making two other car payments that I'm trying to pay off, plus my wife and I are planning on remodeling our house, so each of us are making some painful sacrifices. So unfortunately for me the Camaro has to go.

I did the Blue Book by clicking on "rate" it. I filled out all the questions honestly, to include "major" accident. The car would of been rated "Excellent" but with the accident it only rated it as "Good".
Even with the accident, it still came out to $17k+

I set the price now to $16,500 OBO. I think this is a very fair price, considering what's all included in the deal.
This price still includes the extra 16" wheels and the DiabloSport Predator.
