1994 Pontiac Trans Am $2900
Up for sale is my 1994 Pontiac Trans Am. The car has 128k miles, and is an A4 with t-tops. Exterior color is red, and it has black leather seats. Asking $2900 obo.
The car has had a lot of work done to it recently. The following things have less than 15k miles on them:
optispark
plugs/wires
fuel pump
water pump
pcv valve
o2 sensors
ignition coil
and probably a few other things I am forgetting. Also has a brand new alternator and battery.
It has a few performance mods. Magnaflow catback with gutted cat (really nice sound), LPE cold air intake, msd ignition, throttle body bypass, descreened MAF, and 160 deg thermostat. The car was custom tuned by me, so it doesn't have any overheating problems and stays very cool all the time. Also it has an aftermarket panasonic stereo headunit that plays audio and MP3 CDs.
This car has been my daily driver for the past 7 months and has been very reliable in that time, has not ever broken down or had any serious problems. This is a dependable highway car as well. When I bought it I flew 1000+ miles and drove it back that far with no issues (this was with 120k miles). I'm only selling it because I found another car I want to buy and need the $.

The car does need a few things, like some minor paint and body work. The are two small cracks in the front bumper and driver's side fender (not that noticeable) and the passenger side skirt needs to be replaced. Also there are a few spots where the clearcoat is peeling a bit. Most of the paint is still in good condition though. The only mechanical issue is that it sometimes runs kind of rough above 5000 rpm. I'm 99.9% sure this is not related to the motor itself because it works fine some of the time and pulls really good all the way. I think it's something electrical because the voltage drops at high rpm. Could just be a corroded wire or something simple like that, I just haven't had time to diagnose it. The car runs perfectly for normal everyday driving, only does that if you get on it really hard, and then only intermittently. The interior is in pretty good shape except for a small tear in the passenger seat and the turn signal switch needs to be remounted to the steering wheel (turn signal still works fine though).
With a little work, this car could be perfect again. This would be a great car for someone looking for a cheap daily driver or project car.
The car is located in Atlanta and can be picked up there or shipped (buyer will have to pay shipping if that is desired). If anyone has questions or would like to contact me, either send me a PM or give me a call at 404-210-0999. I can't answer my phone some parts of the day so if I don't answer just leave a message and I will get back to you. Also, I really need to sell this car by the end of the month, so I won't be able to hold it for anyone. The first person that can give me the money gets the car. This car is really probably worth more than I'm looking to get, but I just need it to sell quick so that's why the price is low.
I will be glad to answer any questions on it.
Thanks,
Jon
