Trade my Black 6spd C5 Vette for your...?? Hey guys...this is really just seeing what is out there. I'm on the fence on selling the car. Its a 98 Vette...6 speed trans, all options (only tinted roof however), black interior, F55 selective suspension, around 58-59K miles.
When I bought the car, I had the trans gone through and replaced the clutch. It has brand new 18x9.5 and 19x11 Ace Slick(Z07) wheels. The tires are 265/35R18 and 305/30R19 Bridgestone Potenza's. Calipers are painted red, tint is 20%, lowered all around on stock bolts. It has the Z06 Titanium exhaust on it now.
I am looking for WS6s, preferably SOM with mods(no more black of any kind!). I'll be open to alot of trades...would prefer if alot of the performance/appearance mods have already been done. Whatever it is, it needs to be 6spd and lower mileage...lemme know whats available, and depending on the trade, how much cash you are willing to add in the deal. Here are a couple pics...the car has just the very minor scratches/rock chips that any 50K mile car would have...but overall in excellent condition as you can see in the pics.

For everybody thinking of trading, thats the caliber of TA I kinda have in mind...
The interior is flawless except for the wrinkled looking leather seats that all Vettes seem to have...lemme know if you have any questions!

I'll start the outright price at 25K obo...I know its a little high, but with the trans and almost 3K in wheels/tires, all since I've had the car the past 3 months, I need to get some of that money back out. This car is clean and mechanically perfect...if you are looking for the "steal of the month," this isn't your car.
The reason I'm thinking of sellling it...I've owned 2 Trans Ams, and I absolutely loved them. The C5 is a different kind of car...alot more refined etc. I thought I wanted that...but after a couple months in this car, maybe I don't.
Like I said, I'm nowhere near 100% sure that I want to get rid of the car...I just want to mainly see whats out there
I can't stress this enough...the only trade I won't consider is if your car is BLACK! God I love this color, but hate it at the same time...I won't put myself through it again. I wash this car every 2 days, due to the dust, and literally wax it after each wash...I can't keep this up

Don't give me wrong, WS6 is an awesome car, but why don't u trade it for a hawk (if u can find one tho)?
