01 mustang bullitt blown 6 speed rare!!!
bullitt #3416 one of 70 true blue bullitts Under 43,000 miles. Three owner, first was Miles Cook (editor of Mustang Monthly). Second owned it for 8 months and added 5,000 miles to it and owned two Blue Bullitts.
It is one of 723 in True Blue, the rarest Bullitt color. It has been featured in numerous magazines (upwards of 16!). It was tuned by the best in the industry, Tim Barth at Modular Powerhouse to the tune of 420rwhp and 397rwtq on 93 octane. Since then, it's made new numbers: 422/406, and will make even higher numbers here shortly when the BAP goes on.
As for maintenance, the oil has been changed every 2500 miles with dinosaur oil (recommended by Modular Powerhouse [MPH] over synthetic). A new serpentine belt was installed by MPH on November 27th. The rear tires have less than 2k miles on them with zero burnouts.
As for cosmetics, the car shows beautifully with use of Pinnacle Souveran wax. There is a small dent on the driver's side fender which I caused lightly kneeling on it. It is less than a dime in size. Other than that, nothing other than what's to be expected on a daily driver. Never been in an accident while owning it nor on a recent CARFAX report. The inside is rather clean, with the seats showing light wear for their age. The car is garaged daily. I have been too busy with work to install the senders for the oil pressure and water temp gauges.
