2001 Pewter SS for Sale............. As the title states, I'm sellling my 2001 Pewter SS because I lost my job last week. Therefore, I need to liquidate the monthly payment. I really hate to sell it, but my misfortune can be your fortune. This is my 3rd SS and I've only had this one for a couple of months, so not any modding yet.
For the most part, it is nearly stock. It has T-tops, leather, 6spd, 78K miles, the previous owner replaced the SLP stock muffler (only), has BFG KDWS with about 1/2 life remaining on the 10-spoke painted stock wheels, Monsoon w/ 12 disk CD changer, it has a black "manta" on the scoop, and a single wide black strip on the rear deck. It also comes with another set of painted 10-spokes with ContiExtreme Contact tires w/ 80% life remaining. The only thing I've added is the Skip Shift Eliminator, and the RKSport raised letters into the front and rear facias. I also purchased a two year 24K mile extended warranty for $1995.00 that is transferrable if wanted...otherwise I'll cancel it. I'm asking $17,000, and $18,500 w/ the Extended warranty. Sorry...I haven't had time to dyno it or to take it out to the track. Having said that, if I still have it when the track opens and if the snow stops...I will have some data.
