Hello guys,
I have been putting off selling my car as long as I could. Me and my wife are trying for our 3rd child, so my baby has to go. I have a 2000 SS Dark Blue in color. This is a real SS not a Z28 clone. It has TTops with Shades. It has the grey cloth interior that is in pretty good shape just normal wear. I will get a complete detail done with wax and I will shampoo carpets and seats for the buyer. It is a 6 speed hurst with very smooth shift and a good clutch. I bought the car about 1 1/2 years ago and it was completely stock. I have only put 7,500 miles on it.
The guy who had it before me was in his 40's and traveled all over Texas with his job. He wanted a slick car that would get almost 30 MPG on the highway. (6th gear rocks) I got it with 112,500 miles mostly highway. Paint is in pretty good shape except some rock chips (From Highway use) on the hood and one small chip on the Windshield which he got repaired. Right now it is almost at 120,000. The bottom end has never been opened up. Here is what I have done to the car so far.

SLP Cold Air Kit
Flowtech Long Tube Headers
TSP True Duals with Bullet Mufflers (Had to change up in order to get inspected in Texas.. They have gotten really harsh around here)
Still has true duals but I had to spend over $400.00 to get some Catylac Converters (fake) and to extend the pipes out the side. Currently they come out both sides in front of the rear tire with 2 1/2" Slash Cut Tips. The converters have been gutted and a 3" pipe drove through to make them still true duals. Looks legal!
I had 2% tint all the way around which looked really good but again had to take off for inspection. The doors have no tint but the back still has 2%.
Fast Intake and TB
MSD 8.5 Wires
Nitrous Works LS1 Wet kit with gauge on bottle and warmer. (Only have filled two bottles and the first was for Tuning at Texas Speed)
Live in a small town so dont really need to use it around here. Currently it is jetted for 100 shot but have jets for 75 and 125. The 125 will put you over 500 at the rear wheels.
After every mod it was taken back to Lubbock for TSP to retune on the dyno. I do have my latest dyno sheet which reads the following
W/out NOS 347 rwhp / 358 Torque
w/100 shot 467 rwhp / 555 Torque
So because of the intake and exhaust it inhales and exhales very good which gained 120 hp on just a 100 shot of NOS.
I also just did a complete Royal Purple Conversion changing all fluids to Royal Purple. It is the best on the market in my eyes and by doing the fluid swap on an LS1 on Horsepower TV, they gained a little over 8 hp. I have not redyno'd since the conversion.
I also have a set of Mickey Thompson ET Streets with steel rims that I will include with the sale. I bought from a guy used but have never put on my car. Still have alot of rubber left on them.
The car has a mild system in it. It has a a Pioneer DEH-P6800RP head unit which plays MP3's. It is also Sat. Ready
It has and amp and a 10" speaker (dont know what kind) in the spare tire well. Which reminds me, it doesnt have a spare. I use to be really big into stereos but switched to Horsepower several years back. The system is not going to shake windows or anything, but does have a clear sound with some bass to give it a better sound.

I have had a couple guys ask if I would throw in my Flatscreen that I have for sale in the non-automotive section. I never had really thought of it but if that would pursue one of you guys to get the car, then you can have it. It is 20" 2007FP from Dell that is NEW IN BOX! Cost $500 new from Dell.

My 383 lt1 almost full suspension, needs some minor work nothing major really, drives fine. opti is acting but ill get it replaced for you. I was asking 6k for the motor only and about got it until the guy decide it was too much to swap into his 3rd gen, shop gave him an insane quote!

I've been watching a lot of cars on here and E-bay and unfortunately the modded cars just don't bring the money that a stocker does. This looks like a very cool car but I've always lost my azz on modded stuff. Good luck w/ the sale and I do have 8K I can wire you in the morning if you like
