Follow the vacuum line running underneath/around the blower...it leads you right to it.

The first edition (ATI gray plastic) bypass valve is there but the hose connectiong it to the outlet pipe from the charger is missing. The oulet pipe is open.

It's my understanding you vent to atmosphere from the ATI valve or direct it from the bypass valve back into the inlet hat on the charger. The pic doesn't show good enough what the bypass valve is attached to but it appears as if either the bypass hose is missing or it's venting to atmosphere all of the time but from the outlet pipe rather than through the bypass valve.

Can't imagine how you would ever build boost with the 1 1/2 inch bypass outlet pipe open as it is now.

Some of the pictures were taken when I had the air filter off for cleaning and were made to show the installed suspension which is the cause of the confusion. There is a valve (ati calls it a pro valve or something like that) that has a vacuum line hooked up to it. I don't think ati included a bov with these units. My boost gauge does indicate boost is present when you give it moderate throttle under load.
