for sale- 800 whp APS TT 05 GTO
Regretfully, I am selling my Impulse blue/blue 05 GTO. The car is highly modified and brutally fast. Mods are as follows-
forged 9.4:1 compression shortblock
APS twin turbo kit
custom made dual 3" exhaust with magnaflow mufflers
Walbro 340 fuel pump
60# injectors
Spec Twin Disk clutch
my Pro-Z TT MBC (www.joepmbc.com)
Devils Own dual nozzle Alky setup
The car is tuned using HPT 2 bar SD tune but is running a 3 bar map sensor, so there is room for up to ~30 psi of boost in the tune. The car put down 775/807 torque a couple weeks ago on a 95* day with the boost dropping off on the dyno due to it not being a load bearing dyno. If the boost holds (like it does on the street), the car would be well over 800 whp. It actually put down 795/778 with the 2.5" exhaust, but that was because it took longer to hit peak torque (spool) with the smaller exhaust, so it took longer to start dropping boost and showed more hp. Like I said, with a load on it- the car will make over 800.
This car is honestly extremely fast and reliable. If you want less power, just put the stock APS wastegate springs back in, drop the boost and you're done!
The car currently has a set of Ruff aftermarket wheels on it that were just bought for me by my wife as a birthday gift. Whether they stay or not depends on the price. I have the stock 17's with two decent tires and 2 bald tires and I also have 2 spare rear diffs with stubs that will go with the car. The diffs have bearing whine, but they are good for spare hard parts, which is why I picked them up. I have yet to brake a drivetrain part on the car, but it does not hurt to have spares .
I made ONE pass with the car down the 1/4 just to get a feel for it and with me literally babying it (shifting like a grandma) with a good amount of wheel spin, the car ran 11.5@134.5 MPH!!! It was the 6 speed GTO MPH record at the time, but may have changed since then. Either way, the car has much more in it with some suspension mods and more aggressive driving. It will easily take the 6 speed MPH and ET records with some final touches. I believe it also currently holds the HP record for a stock cubed GTO, though I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
The only real flaws with the car are a couple scratches/gouges low on the front bumper that look like parking lot cub stop scars and it has a fair amount of road chips on the front end that were all touched up by the previous owner. All of this was on there when I bought it. It looks very nice overall though. I was going to get the front clip re-sprayed to make it show-car quality, but since it is daily driven and the way the roads are here, it would look the same in another year anyway so I didn't bother. I was quoted $800 to get it done, so it isn't too bad should the buyer decide to get it done.
I am asking $35,000 obo for it with the wheels on it. If they come off, we'll take it from there. You cannot duplicate this car and this power for anywhere near that price! Call me at (570)854-0169 if you have any questions or you can reply here or email me at kwiktsi@yahoo.com. I'll try to post a few pics later on or I can email them to you. The car is located in Milford, PA.
I will also consider trades + cash, but it would have to be a good amount as I need $12k for something else I have going on. I would be interested in a C5 + $$$.
Thanks for looking!

Thanks, the thought of getting rid of it as good as it runs and such is sickening, but some crap came up financially and it is the "smart" thing to do. Though, it's not like I'll be mad if it doesn't sell .
I did forget to mention in the ad that the car runs and drives like it is 100% stock, gets good gas mileage, doesn't run hot in traffic, etc. and you would never even know it is modded until you hit the throttle.

No, I do not. I may have one from the track run, but it is crappy quality. I'll see if I still have it. I have been wanting to get some, but I'm not much of a video guy- I just drive it lol.

Update- the car is on ebay- http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...cSELL.m315.lVI and there is a walkaround and start up video here- http://videos.streetfire.net/video/6...4d01504ee9.htm
The quality isn't the best, it was dark and it was done with my camera. Man, the recording made my voice sound retarded too lol.
I will consider ending the auction for my fellow "LSXers" .
