Default FS: LS1/RX-7 400+hp *MINT Swap*

I built this car from the ground up, nothing has been left un-touched. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my vehicles, and this car has been no different. From the underside to exterior, or the interior to engine bay, the car is flawless. Take some time to read through the modifications listed below to give you an idea as to how much time and money have been invested into the car. I honestly have never received so many compliments on a single car, and I’ve had plenty. The car is truly a blast to drive. Whether you enjoy auto crossing, drag racing, or even cruising or car shows, this car can do it all. I built it for that exact purpose; a car that could do anything and go anywhere without compromising performance. I have taken this car on an 1800 mile road trip in 100 degree temps, with no issues what-so-ever and even managed to pull 30 mpg. If you are a non-local and decide to buy, you could fly here and I’ll pick you up from the air port in your new LS1-FD, and you can drive it home. That’s how confident I am in this vehicle.

I have taken the car to a ¼ mile drag strip in Bowling Green, Kentucky. On the mail order tune, street tires (2.2 sixty foot time), and 110 degree heat index, the car ran a 12.2 @ 121 mph. Obviously with sticky tires and a dyno tune (and of course better weather) the car will be an easy 11sec car according to its mph. That is the only racing the car has seen.

Motor:
24,000 original miles on 2002 Camaro SS LS1 (can speak with original owner to validate mileage, I am the second owner of the motor)
38lb injectors
Ported stock throttle body
LS6 intake
Corvette fuel rail covers
FMS-11 Camshaft: 228"/230" .576"/.595" 112LSA
918 valve springs
Mobile1 0w40 oil (has never used one drop)
Mail order tune by Wait4Me Performance
Walbro 255 High flow fuel pump
True Cold Air Intake
Corvette Radiator/Taurus Fan

Car put down 408 horsepower/ 390 torque on dyno

Transmission:
LS7 Clutch/Flywheel
Built T56 with all hardened internals
Pro 5.0 shifter

Exhaust:
JTR 1 7/8 Long Tube Headers
3inch Y-pipe to 3inch single
Cutout
Flowmaster 40 series muffler

Exterior/Interior:
Brilliant Black paint, 6 months old
Full black interior
Side markers/lights tinted
Seats have been recovered with suede/leather
Dash/Climate Control/Console pieces have ’94 texture (much more durable then stock ’93)
Pioneer 4 way speakers
ALL factory gauges work accurately (using aftermarket internals in place of stock parts)
Quick release steering wheel
Kenwood CD player with USB plug in
Tint
New Hatch/Front Windshield glass
R1 lip
99 Spec Taillights
Rear wiper/antenna holes shaved before paint

Chassis:
1993 Touring Edition RX-7
116,xxx on chassis
Granny/Pyro Subframe kit
Sunroof
Hood struts
ALL Bushings replaced
Slotted/Drilled rotors (front/back)
Hawk Brake Pads
JIC FLAT-2 Adjustable Coilovers
Suspension/A-arms have been stripped and powder coated
3.90 rear-end
5 Zigen FN01R-C Racing Wheels
275/40/17 Fuzion ZRi tires (practically new)

If you are not local to me and cannot physically see the car in person, please feel free to email me and we can discuss any and all questions you may have. Again, I built the car so you know exactly who to come to with any and all questions pertaining to it.

Asking $32,000 OBO

thanks guys, I appreciate it. Alot of hard work has been put into the car, but I have the itch to dive back into my '72 Chevelle project and this unfortunately is taking up the garage space. Who ever gets the car will not regret it, hands down the funnest car I have ever driven.

bump for the cleanest LS1 swapped FD I've EVER seen! Excellent job with the car! It's so clean it looks factory!

At first I saw the price and thought it was a bit much but after reading everything and seeing the pics...WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY! I don't know how you could bring yourself to part with it.

I say whoever winds up getting it should just add 1 tasteful detail, a set of C5 Z06 badges...one to each side after the front wheel, just like on the Vettes. It'd look good with the car and scare the sh*t out of people who see the badge(if they don't hear it running first).

What do these cars go for without an LS1 based motor - not trying to knock the price, just curious to compare. The engine bay looks fantastic, very clean. Some people need to look at yours and try to clean up their F-bodies

A clean clean FD with a rotary typically ranges from $18-22k. But that all depends on motor upgrades, ect. I've seen heavily modded FD's go for 40k.

The man speaks the truth. I don't think I've ever seen one under $17k and it was f*cking beat. Only import of the same age more expensive than an FD is a Supra, and Skyline, but we never got them.

I'd take this car over a non-LS1 modded out FD ANY DAY. They're always riced to f*ck, this thing looks like it should, tasteful and ready to rock.
