Default 1994 RX-7, LS1/T56, cam, NOS...might trade for right car.

Alright, I just acquired this car about 2 weeks ago. I am regretting it now! I made a hasty decision because I thought this was what I wanted. Don't get me wrong...this car ROCKS!! Its really fast, handles incredibly well, cruises great, and does everything else that its supposed to do. The main reason for selling is because I am just too damn big to drive it (6'3", 300+lbs). There is plenty of leg room, but the seats are too narrow for me and I am just not comfortable while driving it. Car has 127,xxx miles, but drivetrain has 55,xxx miles...NO disappointments for someone looking for one of these. I was told that the car made 391 rwhp on motor, 512 rwhp on spray. It weighs 2810lbs with 1/2 tank of gas and a full bottle. I have personally not sprayed the car, but it has every bit of 118+ mph capability in the 1/4 on motor. It pulls extremely hard. Here's the breakdown:

Drivetrain:

- 01 LS1 w/ 55,xxx miles
- Built T-56 (Brass Pads, Steel Forks, Billet Keys)
- LS7 Clutch
- Remote Clutch Bleeder
- LS6 Intake Manifold
- LS2 Flywheel
- Built Turbo II Rear End
- Comp Cams Camshaft (228/230 571/573 112 LSA)
- Jags That Run 1.75" Long Tube Ceramic Coated Headers
- Custom True Dual 2.5" SS (409) Exhaust System w/ X-Pipe and high-flow cats
- Custom 3” Cold Air Intake
- ARP Head Bolts
- Comp 918 springs
- Comp Steel Retainers
- Comp Chromoly Pushrods

Hinson Supercars Fuel System:

- Corvette FPR/Filter
- Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
- All AN fittings
- -8 AN Feed Lines

HSC Cooling System:

- Aluminum Radiator
- 2,500cfm Electric Fan
- Polished Shroud
- Optima Red Top In Rear Hatch

Hinson Supercars Premium Mounting Equipment Package:

- Modified Sub Frame
- Bump Steer Correction
- Transmission Brace
- Torque Arm
- Steel Drive Shaft
- Tuned by Intune Motorsports
- NOS Single Fogger Wet Kit (150 shot)
- MSD Digital Window Switch
- Dynotune Time Based Progressive Nitrous Controller

Chassis / Suspension:

- All rear pillow ball bushings replaced at 118,XXX miles.
- Solid differential bushings installed at 121,XXX miles.
- Prothane motor mount bushings installed at 125,XXX miles.
- Tokico 5-way adjustable shocks
- Intrax Springs
- Drilled Rotors on the Front
- New brake pads front and rear
- New front tires, 60% life on rear tires
- New rack & pinion power steering set up

Interior / Audio:

Good condition (no peeling etc) All the gauges work like stock.

- 03/04 Cobra Shift **** on a Tri-Ax Handle.
- Aluminum Door Sill Scuff Plates (installed at 124,8XX miles)
- 10" Kicker Subwoofer
- MTX 600 Watt RMS Amp
- MB quart components all around
- JVC MP3 Head unit
- JDM Efini Steering Wheel (Stock Wheel Included)

Exterior:

- Attain Carbon-Fiber Exhaust Bumper Guard
- MTEC HIDs (6500K)
- JDM Badging (Front and Rear)
- 99 Spec Front Lip

I have all the A/C components in a box, including the LS1 compressor and all the Mazda components. They need to be installed on the car. The heater works perfectly. The bottom 4 pictures were from a professional photo shoot.

I am looking for $22,000 cash or might consider trade or trade + cash (depending on the car) for nice C5/C6 Corvette, a Camaro that's 1981 or older (no 3rd or 4th gen f-bodies), a nice muscle car, a turbo Mustang, or anything else that might catch my eye...let me know what you got. No boats, bikes, trucks or trailers. I am giving up a hell of a nice sportscar, so I expect something equally nice in return, but of course, CASH works best!! Please call (214)663-7559 or email asr1973@hotmail.com if interested.

I got a 1969 Plymouth Satelite, A-12 ROadrunner clone. It is total resto with a 440 with spray, but has never been used. Its an auto with manual valve body, fun awesome car. Plenty of room for a big guy like yourselve.

Holy crap! This is the 3rd sell of this car in like 3 months!!! I'd love to have this car, but why have 3 people sold it so soon after owning it?

I know...it seems fishy, but it's not. This car is the real deal. I am just not comfortable in it. I am squeezed between the console and door panel...literally!! The car is badass. Just not for someone my size. Someone will be getting a nice car.

Hey smokinSRT...shoot me some pics.

Man I wish I had $22,000. I would pick that thing up in a HEARTBEAT! G/L with the Sale. Post it for sale on v8rx7forum.com or rx7club.com. I bet it'll be sold quicker there!

I have a 1997 C5 coupe with 39k on it. Black/Black. Pretty much stock except for the exhaust. Let me know if you might be interested in a trade. I could probley do my car + 2k from me. We would have to figure out shipping or maybe we each meet 1/2 way.

I think the lowest cash price I would accept is $20K which is an absolute steal when you look around and see what others are asking for these cars. I just got the car 2 weeks ago and I am already taking a loss. I'm not going to lose another $3500. I would rather keep it and go on a diet than take that kind of hit...sorry guys.

I agree it's a great price but for me I add shipping, A/C install and figuring out the stupid CA smog crap and I'll be at 25k

The A/C is going on next week if no one buys it before then. I already talked with a shop that is doing it. Once that goes on, the price goes up whatever I shell out to install it. Its going to be $500-700. A friend of mine shipped a car from CA to here for around $650. I don't know what smog stuff you need, but I already added high flow cats to pass emissions. Everything will work on the car as far as TX is concerned.
