I would build the bottom end before you did that. I would say about $1800.00 would get you all the parts you need for a decent bottom. If you can not build it yourself I would say you would have another 1,000 in labor maybe. I am not sure. I have never really priced labor on a built bottom end.
I do however have two extra pullies for it. One is good for 8lbs of boost and the other is good for 12lbs of boost.

The car was built right and tuned awesome by EPP. I think I am being more than fair at $15.5K.. I just want a new project car.

TTT for the night..
Update on milage. I took the car on a 1500 mile trip this weekend. So it has 69400 on the clock now. Ran like a top the whole time. Did not burn or leak any fluids.
I am having the tranny, rear and engine oil all changed tomorrow.
Royal purple 5w - 30 is all it has seen every 2k miles since I have owned it.
