Default 1997 Mistubishi Eclipse GSX - 30R/IPT Trans/Link - In need of a rebuild

This is a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX, with 95xxx miles on it

I'd like to get 4250, but it's negotiable, thanks.

First, here is a list of all the things that are on the car off the top off my head...

-IPT Trans, 4200 stall, shift kit, end clutch kit, tranny dial box all done by IPT - have receipts somewhere
-Garrett 3071R DBB
-SS brake lines
-Upgraded slotted rotors, and has green stuff pads
-ARP Headstuds
-Huge FMIC
-Walbro 255
-DSM Link with usb adapter cable
-New(er) 1000cc injectors (less than 1500 miles since installed)
-Has a 3 gauge pod on the pillar (Boost, Oil Pressure, and Wideband)
-AEM Uego wideband with less than 1500 miles since install
-FTS Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
-3" exhaust
-Dejon Intake
-Greddy Type S BOV
-Joe P. MBC
-Fluidyne Radiator
-Ebay underdrive pulley that was installed by previous owner(comes with recently bought stock pulley)
-New battery no more than 3 months old (Wal-Mart special)

Few parts that I was planning on putting on the car, that are included are:

-1g Turbo Throttle Body
-Polished 2g intake manifold, bored for 1g throttle body
-Stock crank pulley
-Another hatch, wingless, but paint isn't the best (original is rusty by the spoiler)

Now on to the fun part...what I was planning on doing/what needs to be done. Please remember that I am being 100% upfront with you guys, so that you know what is going on with the car.

What needs to be done:

-The stock oil pressure sending unit needs to be swapped with an autometer one, because it isn’t reading right. I have the sending unit, all that was holding me back from doing so was that I just changed the oil
-It does run, and you can drive it, but it is in need of a motor rebuild, it has low compression and the rings are shot from losing oil after somehow breaking the oil pressure sending unit and not noticing for a few miles.
-Rear passenger wheel bearing is going out, I just replaced the driver's side about 3k miles ago
-Ignition Switch needs replaced (Won't save tune for link)
-E-brake needs to be worked with

Cosmetically, the car isn’t horrible, but definitely could use some help.
-I’m including the hatch that I had painted by some chump, which is wingless, but the paint is about a 7.5 out of 10.
-The driver’s side door handle should be replaced
-The sunroof leaks during heavy rain/power washing
-Front bumper doesn’t fit right, sags quite a bit, several spots need to be tapped
-Paint peeling off behind the front wheels on sideskirts
-Rust is starting to move in, nowhere big yet, outside of the spoiler, which can be swapped with the hatch that I’m providing
-Trunk “floor” was removed by previous owner
-Driver’s side leather seat has tears in it
-Passenger side door controls (windows/locks) aren’t lined up with the door

Here's about the only pic I have at the moment, if anyone is really interested, I'll get better ones.

After a rebuild, this car will be well capable of low 12's/high 11's. If you don't believe me, look around any dsm forum and see what automatic awd dsm's are doing. Feel free to ask any and all questions, and I'll try to answer them as best I can.
