16k is a good deal with the stock wheels. I just got rid of mine that had 50k miles, test pipes, g tube and powdercoated stock 18's for 16,500 and was sick. I had offers for 17k and 18k when i didnt want to sell it, but was forced by wife to sell it to mother in law for payoff.

Hell I think 19k with all the parts is a decent deal. The wheels alone last year cost me the difference, let alone the rest of the parts. To do everything I've done to it on top of stock cost you save about $2500-3000. I know mods don't increase value which is why the difference in price really only covers the cost of the wheels
