Negative. Thank you for your continued interest (really).

If it doesn't go at my asking price, I'll have to bite the bullet and forgo revisions myself in several months. I am buying a house at the moment and would prefer to not have to take the Cobra, but I've lowered the price to make a deal but can not give it away.

Longblocks are complete from pan to valve covers so you just swap intake, exhaust manifolds and accessory drives. These kits typically include install gaskets as well (not all of them though).
AFAIK, you can get the Whipple rebuilt for roughly $600-800 which appears to be the going rate.

With basic hand tools and rental engine hoist you could take care of both replacing the supercharger and longblock yourself if you have the garage space.
