its a diesel buddy. diesels last far longer than a car with a gasoline engine...200,000 miles on a normal gas car is bad...200,000 on a diesel is just breaking in.

You do realize that both KBB & NADA do not count many if any aftermarket upgrades into the resale value of the vehicle. Most Diesels (especially GM) @ 200K miles islike 100K for a gas engine. It's not gone to **** yet, but it's no spring chicken.
