mbarton - chocolate is correct. I'm looking for the retina burning BRIGHT blue. I'm ashamed to say I'm too lazy to research the official name of the color as I have forgotten it over the years. Your car is nice just not the right color.

Good luck finding that car, especially in a hardtop 6-speed. I looked for over a year, and then gave up. Almost every example I found was a t-top automatic car, save one... which had over 100,000 miles... and they still wanted too much money for it.
Once, after buying my black TA, I found a nice, low-mileage medium blue TA (t-top car) with an auto. I seriously contemplated buying the blue car, and switching the MN6 from the black car into the Blue car and THEN selling my black TA as an auto... but every LS1 TA has t-tops, and I really wanted a hardtop, so I passed.
So, if you want a medium blue TA hardtop, the best you can do is buy a hardtop formula and swith out the parts to make it look like a TA. OR you could buy a hardtop 6 cyl firebird, and swith not just the body parts but the engines as well.
Again, good luck in your quest. Bob

Thanks guys for the help. I'll sit and wait lurking the internet as I am in no hurry. Also I have listed my ideal car and am flexible on all issues but the color. Thanks again.

Bob,
The two colors are actually not identical. I thought they were too until a Nassau Blue Vette parked next to my BBM '99 Z28 one night. We looked at the two cars side by side and saw there was a definite shade difference, so we checked the paint codes on the build stickers and they were different as well.
RUN4BUX,
My car is prolly exactly what you are looking for: '99 BBM, M6, Hardtop, (stripper also), and only 55K miles. Excellent shape. However, I'm not looking to sell. Of course, as they saying goes "everything's for sale at a certain price". Really just joking on that. I really like the car and wish to keep it... at least for the time being.

There was actually a Z28 in that color for sale here in Columbus,GA a few months ago. I haven't seen it in a while though and I think that it was an automatic. That is the only other Camaro I've seen in that color besides mine in this area for sale. I would sell you my car, but I've decided to hold on to it for a little while longer.
Also if you search hard enough (really hard) on this site, there is a guy with a TA in that color who was trying to sell his TA or trade for another car. He is also located here in Columbus,GA. He's been trying to get rid of it for like a year or two. I'll keep a look out for you man.
PS
Is that T Type for sale?

Hey RUN4BUX,
I found the guy with the Medium Blue TA for sale. If you want I can PM him for you to see if he still wants to sell it. He hasn't been on the forums since March, but I can still try it out. In his for sale ad he says that he will also except a trade. So let me know if you want me to ask for you.
