cut the carbs down to less than 20 a day and ull drop weight fast, i lost over 80 pounds doin it that way....the fruits are high in sugar and the veggies are carby

**** i could barley run an 1/8th mile when i started, and could only bust like 10 pushups..ive been at it for over a year now...long as u get that heart rate up for like 30 mins ull burn ****, and most importanly...DONT EAT AFTER 6pm
