Finally my internet is back up! Like i said we just did a quick pull with me in third and he was ready because i honked it off the first time when he didnt go, then rolled up to me and downshifted, he pointed forward..and we went, just a quick pull because i only ran out 3rd and shut it down. Im sure if we had space he would have surely walked me though...But that car is simply badass I wish we had more room just to see how hard it would pull...

Sorry nothing personal i dont believe for 1 second that theres a car that has posted on this thread thats gonna touch a ZR1 COBRA CAMARO WHATEVER.... UP GRADED S.C ON A COBRA STILL DONT BUY IT....SORRY 
whippled cobra 17psi is pushing close to 600 to the tires, becomes a drivers race. Seems legit to me there is a huge weight diff but also we dont know what gear the zr1 was in etc. I am not sure whats hard to believe isnt like he said he had a stock cobra car def has some work done to it

Believe it or not, thats what happened, i have no reason to make this up..But yes the ZR1 is totally superior to my Cobra, its in a whole other class...But was still fun as hell to actually see one in action, im glad it wasnt an old man doing the old man vette thing,,lol...

Your cobar totally has noice mods done to it... but against a ZR1 we would just have to see it happen in person not a video.... depeding if its
off the line..... from a rool out of 1 2 3 so on .... every car knows it power band......so that makes a huge differnce in any race....id just love to see it

So i was on my way back from the savi ranch meet and i was on the phone talking to my cousin. Then i see what looks like a Z06 in my rear view, i was like hey ill call you back. So i slow up and then see the blue ZR1 on the side i was like OMG!! Its the first ZR1 ive seen in person or even just driving around.
So i give him the thumbs up and try to snap some pics when he just hammers it and does a sick fly by!! That Vette sounded sick! I assume it was bone stock because it had paper plates on it still.. So i drop it to about 3rd at about 65 and line up next to him and honk it off and hammer it..He didnt go, but we lined up again and he was ready this time..So i honk it off again and we start mashing out, i had about half a car on him at the end of third where we both let off due to traffic...The ZR1 was sick as hell though!

I have seen Angel's car even with just the upgraded pulley and it was fast. With the Whipple and some issues it was really fast and now with the bugs worked out I am sure it will be even faster. Knowing Angel he would not say something that he did not do. I think it is pointless to question his story. You can have all the power to weight ratio in the world but if you do not drive good, than it does not make any difference what you are driving.
All i have to say is Angel's car is FAST!!!!!.....and he's an upright Dude!!..

A ZR1 with a mild tune and headers is putting down 600rwhp and 590lb/trq. On the freeway if he were to downshift!? I dont know man those cars are made for high speed highway runs,those things have ridiculous top end. More than likely that guy was scared of going wot, as a lot of vette and z06 owners I know are.(mostely older guys)
