whipple cobras put out great power and pull real hard... I mean the zr1 is a factory car. You can compair it to the whipple but still not the same. The cobra should win. More power prob 50 or more and prob 60 more tq than the zr. It was prob close. I would think the zr would put more power to the wheels than that??? But you gotta love that twin screw tq curve!!! and blue fish you just might get a run for your money by sir ruccis. Idk your mods though???

I'll probably be going to Irwindale in 3 weeks; possibly sooner. If you're game, let me know.
Just so you know, I've run C6 ZO6's and have spanked them something ridiculous so I hope you know what you're getting into.

And, just for the record, it's the power to weight ratio that really matters. For instance, a typical C6 ZO6 weighs 3,132lbs. (as weighed in by my friend with little to no gas without a driver) and puts down 450 RWHP. That means that the power to weight ratio of typical stock C6 ZO6 is around...
C6 ZO6: 6.96lbs. per 1 RWHP (dry weight without driver)
[VET HNTR]: 5.76lbs. per 1 RWHP (with a roll cage, gas, and me in it and I'm 190lbs.)
I love weight reduction.

I'm all game but let’s do a top end not strip. You got a solid rear so you are going to jump the 60' but on the freeway I'll bet you it will be a different story. Jerry told me you are a friend and if that is the case than all I'll tell you I'm going to be out at the meet next week you should listen to my vacuum leak.

I go to the track where the real fast cars go for fun.
Looking forward to meeting you next Sunday at Savi Ranch.
