Got My Car IMPOUNDED!!!! NOOOO!!! last night i got my car impounded by south gate pd for supposably exhibition of speed !!!(BULLSHIT) that stupid motorcycle cop H. Homsher said he and his buddy seen me burning out in back of the police station what a ****** ******* ....ne ways he just gave me the ticket it said exhibition of speed going 30 in a 25 and he told me get out give him the keys and the tow truck took my ****.... the thing thats stupid is that he pulled me over like ten blocks away from were he supposably seen me burning out ....w/e **** that *** im getting my car impounded for 30 days now ...**** that ******* he is always pulling people over for dumb **** and lying about it..

sweet best of luck... i got pulled over once on an empty *** highway the cop was sitting off the side of the road facing north and i was heading south all his lights were off and he was barely off of the road i was doing 60 in a 55 and he pulled me over i was almost positive he pulled me over because i had my brights on and i woke his *** up... some people
I dont think the cop even cared if you do fight it. Even if you win you just dont have to pay any fees, but they dont pay you back for not having the car for 30 days and maybe scratching it while its in there. So the cop was just trying to give you a hard time!
I dont mean to be a dick but you never stated weather or not you were doing something you were not suppose to be doing.
I know if I didnt do anything wrong and the cop for no reason wants to tow my car Im not going out of that car. I'd rather have him arrest me then tow it, Then when you go to court when you fight it, and win, it looks horrible on a cops record. And Trust the drama a cop has to go through with calling for back up and then all the paper work for taking someone in.

1. If I burnt out behind the police station, why did it take you 10 blocks to pull me over?
2. Let's match tread pattern to the supposed location I burnt out.

4. How many other vehicles have you towed for going 5mph over the speed limit?

Whats the officers training record on proper operation of the used radar gun and when was it last calibrated? What is the maintenance history on that same radar gun?
