slowly my car is becoming a car that only is a gm frame. I hate gm for giving me:

Shitty Decarbon Shocks and a 4" Lift Spring
Slow Window Motors that die at 25k
An A4 Tranny that was rated for a 4 Cylinder
A Rearend that was meant for an S10 with 110 hp
A PCV system that eats more oil than my grandma's 1970 oldsmobile
26 lb/hr injectors
A battery tray that my 3 yr old cousin could break
A fuel pump that dies the first time it is run low
Crappy Rod Bolts
Sqeaky rubber bushings
stamped sheet metal suspension parts

Anyone else want to add to the list?

155k miles, orig motor and a4 trans and rear end,
13.0 at 107 lid and catback.
27 mph hwy and was still running strong the day it was totatled.

never had 1 problem with the car, not 1, replcaed the battery and tires and brakes, and drove it weekly to the strip cutting low 1.7 60's on dr's

these CEO's don't even know what its like for the many Americans that are jobless... and one thing that gets me is that they are begging for all this money yet they can't park their jets for a few months to cut some costs

LoL, I love GM and think they deserve to be bailed out as well. The negative impact I feel of them going under would be to great. And I think considering that they've been around since 1908 puttin bread and butter on alot of hard working Americans dinner tables stands for something.

And alot of people are going under, it's just the times we're in.

And to add to that list:

Con's-

Opti went bad after 120k
Water pump went bad after 80k
Trans went bad after 110k
Blew a head gasket after 100k
Power steering pump after 140k
Ignition cylinder after 120k
Driver side window motor after 90k
Diff after 110k

Pro's

Destroyed countless late model Mustang GT's, Mach 1's, Evo's, STI's and hung with some street bikes that are either rated at more hp, or cost 2 to 3 times as much as my Camaro

Proud of the fact that I didn't switch up to the next best thing, just cuz it was in style

Have used and abused, and maintained my F Body for 5 plus years as a daily driver.

Learned something bout myself, and my camaro every time she breaks, everytime me or the guys pick up a wrench, and everytime she gets right back up.

Every huge franchise have the same type of greedy people that take advantage of what they can get! Yes its wrong i hope GM lives and are tought a lession, but i also hope that they hire or fire the people who fucked it all up!

I've had no issues with these systems.

I'm basically stock. I've had no major issues in 3.5 years ownership other than maintenance. 80k miles now (purchased at 41k)

F-bodies are great machines actually. Take care of it, it takes care of you. No doubt about it. In their day, you couldn't ask for much more potential without adding quite a bit to the original msrp. These cars are about the last ones I'd complain about out of the GM camp.

IMO, rather than giving GM 18 billion dollars, id rather give that money to a brand new company with new economic designs and ideas, and hire CEO's who don't get an automatic 30 million dollars if they are fired.

Ill agree on the window motors I have/had a 98 Grand AM(GT) and the motors are slower then my 20$ RC car motors, my birds window is ******* up now to whic really pisses me off, **** GM's eletric motor.
