no surprise at all. california is gonna get worst and worst with their laws as going green is the "cool thing" right now. they way i see it is if ur going to modify ur car, might as well have a "connection" for legal reasons.

Next thing you know, they will make it mandatory that all California cars are hydrogen powered, and an oil tax will be implemented so that we can still use weed-whackers and leaf-blowers. By 2012 the tax per barrel of oil will reach $250. It won't be until 2018 that we will have wide-spread hydrogen fueling stations, but by then society has already started to crumble. Wars will be waged over land and gasoline, not to mention food and water. Hydrogen cars will be reduced to scrap and gasoline will be worth far more than human life. Pretty soon we might find ourselves in a road gang filled with gay bikers and female hookers. Our leader could be a horribly disfigured body builder with a loud gruff voice who wears a hockey mask and has a guy with glasses to announce his presence. After a year or two of looting and pillaging, we may find an oil drill/refinery in the middle of the desert. This may be our only hope.
