honestly your reasoning is flawed in my opinion. i say when someone brings a car in with problems before i even touch it,and then they want to blame me for the very same problems, that is screwed up...... some people have the money but dont have to time to do the work, or simply dont want to attempt the work. but they are still entitled to get good work done from a shop, because simply they paid for it. your logic goes along with you get food poisoning from a restaurant, but you cant get mad because you didnt prepare the food yourself...... no you paid for good edible food, so your entitled to it, regardless of whether or not you could have made yourself or not.
