Bs Soo here I am at work and my supervisor asks me if I said something to a user at one point, and quotes what the user had reported to my superiors... What the user said was bullshit and now I have to go through hoops and explain that I said nothing like that to anyone... Damn ****** shady *** people makin **** up I am glad for confidentiality cause **** a bitch gets a shoe in the face.

I am an IT Analyst. I get calls from the counties that use our software for their well fare system. right now there are only four counties but we are getting 35 more counties this year. I told my boss they can check our recordings. It has to do with our customer satisfaction survey we send out each year. My direct boss believes me. We record each call so if something comes up I say they check the recording.

That works too, no they are cool but my supervisor was like did you say this?? So hopefully I don't have to explain myself to anyone else, hopefully they just say whatever.

Lol true man I just do support for the counties that user our software to do what they need to do for the well fare system. Crotchety old farts that are pissed off cause they see where their tax dollars are goineg.

No reports, well the closing shift that gets off at 8:30 does but they don't have to type it up, we use software which generates information on the requests we create.
