hey when you go down there to tow your ride back, might as well take all the tools and **** you can grab to recoup your money. **** that ****. I firmly believe thats grounds for an *** whipping, unless this danny guy comes out with one helluva excuse.

ryne i suggest u charge this guy double for not takin it to ur shop since the 1st place charge him for towing gas millage etc etc.........

Thanks, but! I went down to the shop today at about 430PM and the shop was closed. I havent been able to get a hold of Danny or Kevin. So I called Cypress PD to the scene. They took my information, aswell as the information of the situation. The officer said he would do some research and try contact these *****. He also said he would roll through as much as he can and try catch them at the shop.
My banks, insurance,& attorney are in the loop aswell.

Well he needs to have Ryne (if that is where you are taking it) document the condition of the car, and write a report and bill of sale of what HE has done to it. Then dispute your bill with cypress via your credit card company (i think you already did that) and send them all the info. You have to prove to them that you payed for a service, the service was not received, and you had it fixed at another authorized location. Good luck
