well. im glad that what you said is not true, the article says in quote Pontiac a very focused purveyor of performance cars based around the critically well-received G8 planned to possibly to be sold in other, formerly competing, GM division showrooms. For the past year, the survival of Pontiac as a stand-alone GM division was not expected to continue.


and on the other hand, the firehawk G8 is just like the camaro in every way your trans am is to my camaro, minus the name and the 2 doors,,, think about it

and secondly how many of you die hard trans am fans could really afford the new Trans Am Firehawk, about 1 outta 100 as to the upper class buisnessman looking for a family sedan that lays down some vette times. thats what its about money,,, not broke loyalists.

The value of the firebirds are not gonna go up just because pontiac is dead. Firebird has been dead for a while now so i dont see how the value will go up
