To be honest I think this should have been done a LONG time ago. There just gonna have Cadillac Chevy and actually I think that's it right? Plus my firebird's will go up in value in time

GM has 'till June 1st to come up with something, but don't think it's likely. GMC, Chevrolet, Cadillac and Buick will be what GM will keep. Hopefully the G8 will be taken over by Chevrolet. Maybe the new Impala?? heh heh.

wow this is some crazy news..so if they get rid of pontiac, what will happen to the value of its cars? Does it depend on the model? I can see say, a 98 TA going way up, but I cant imagine a Grand Am going for 30 g's because it has 'low miles'. How will that play out?

I dont believe that. It says it has an "inside" sourse about something that is "supposed" to happen. I dont buy that. Pontiac is one of the main companys of GM. I would be more inclined to believe Saturn or Sabb, but not Pontiac.

Maybe its purely ignorance on my part, but I always thought that GM's biggest sellers were Chevy and Pontiac??
